They were referred to me by a friend who was in their shop
doing some computer work for them. He overheard them many
times throughout the day, going out of their way to find
the best deals on parts and figuring out the least
expensive way to help the customers. He begain using them
and was extremely satisfied and within a couple weeks of
telling me about them, I needed to replace the battery on
my Avalon. I called and said I would drop the car
off "later". When I walked in several hours later, the
manager (John) said, "Oh, you must be Wendy." He saw the
car and knew it was not one they had worked on before so
knew it was the person who had called that morning.
He has always gone out of his way to explain what my 16-
year-old car needs (not much since it's a Toyota), he
prioritizes things if there is more than one job in case I
don't want to do it all at once, and he has excellent
contacts for anything he doesn't do in his shop.
I have every confidence that John and his staff will help
me reach 300,000 miles on my 1995 Toyota Avalon without
spending the equivalent of a new car.
