These guys are great. The first time I went there, they
didn't know what was wrong with my car, but the owner
himself took me out for a drive so I could help diagnose
the problem. They never talk down to me because I'm a
woman, but kindly answer all of my questions. They are
genuinely happy to see me when I come in and remember me
and my daughter by name. I've also observed how they treat
everyone who comes to them with respect.
I completely trust these guys to work on both of my cars
because they have never misled me or done work that didn't
need to be done and have been fair with what they charge.
Also, there is very little turnover with employees in the
shop. My only complaint is that they are not open on
Saturdays. Otherwise, no complaints.
I'm not sure if they specialize in brakes, transmissions,
etc. I think they are general practioners, but I know they
will tell you if they can't help you - not try to pull the
wool over your eyes.

I've only had my car in their shop 3 times. All for minor
things, but they have made me feel like I can trust them to
let me know what's an absolutely necessary repair. They also
inform me what items should be taken care of as funds for
repair/maintenance become available. I just feel they are
reliable, and I will be taking my car to them exclusively
for the foreseeable future.
