Takes all the time necessary to explain. Goes above and beyond (located a used temperature sensor plug for $8 when the alternatives would have taken me a half-day at the wreckers or a new wiring harness at the dealer). Only does the asked-for work. If something else is noticed will mention it without being pushy. Is fine with you doing work you are capable of, and only doing what you are unwilling or unable to do.
