This is the only mechanic I allow to work on my BMW. He does excellent work. He's fixed everything right the first time. He also points things out that may need fixing in the near future and offers to fix them while he has it apart and then waves a lot of time off the bill. He's very honest. He once broke something on accident, ordered the part overnight, fixed it, let me know all about and of course didn't charge me for the repair. His shop is clean and my car is always returned to me clean. He doesn't wash it, if I gave it to him dirty, I'd get it back dirty. Point is, he doesn't muck it up. He takes great care and pride in his work and takes the time (if you want) to show you exactly what is wrong, what part is broke and what he had to do to fix it. He doesn't run a "magic" shop, he is very clear on what it takes to fix your car and is perfectly happy to show you.

Mark runs a great shop and is totally honest when it comes to telling you what needs repair. If it takes 15 minutes to fix that is the time that gets charged. He is incredibly easy to work with and would have absolutely no reservations about having do work on any of my cars. The way he runs his business should be the standard that all shops should rise to. In fact Lexus as good as they are could learn a great deal from the way Mark operates.

I asked Mark if he gave BMW Car Club discounts, and he said he was going to look into that as soon as he readjusted his shop rates. Very honest. Won't fix something if it ain't broke! Gives great advice on maintaining your vehicle.
