Wagner Garage

Wagner Garage is a small shop that has been in existance for 50 years. It's small (3 mechanics), very knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy, and they give me good references to other shops (if needed) when they cannot do the work (transmissions for example). Best of all they make writing out that check for a big repair less painful (ha!) because I feel the job has been done correctly, in a timely fashion, and they stand behind their work.

These guys are just down the street from us, and we have used them almost exclusively since we found them approximately eight years ago. Our first experience with them had been with an '89 Plymouth Sundance, and after taking it to three different mechanics, my wife called them and they diagnosed it over the phone, and even explained how to install it if we felt so inclined - to my wife! They are very knowledgeable as well as friendly, they take the time to explain a process before they do any work, and like the other respondent stated, if they cannot do a job, they will tell you right up front. My only complaint is their wait-list can run to the better part of a week, but with their service and professionalism, it is well worth the wait.
