They are very helpful, and have helped me out to just loosen bolts, ect, on work that I was doing myself. They encourage the do-it-yourselfer, and are always there to help the novice. The work they do is great, and I've never had any problems with them. They've given great advice on what they recommended I puchase for my next vehicle, and are always their to help. Highly recommended!
