Steve is a refugee from a local Chrysler dealer's shop. He's especially good at Chrysler products (and rebadges). Steve will check into problems and do small things for free, and charges a very reasonable price. He is popular with college student's who drive heaps for this reason. His shop is cetrally located near the University, and he has a loyal following.

My speed sensor (the part at the end of the speedometer cable that's fixed into the transmission?) was leaking, causing trans fluid to come up the steering column and leak on my shoes - Steve diagnosed this right away, but then spent 3 hours trying to get the corroded part out of its mount on the transmission. He explained this all to me, then charged me for the part and 1 hour of labor. Honest, really fair (or generous, in this case) on price, good for the college area he's in.

Steve has been working on my car(s)for better than 10 years whenever a problem arises. I've never been dissatisfied with a repair, and everyone there is friendly. He is located about a block from a bus stop, and there's a DQ and a city park right across the street.
