Hawkers is a great shop. They have never made any unneccessary repairs and are very competent. They are friendly and quick.

Bill Hawker and his cohort Aaron, have always been helpful, respectful, and competent. I have given this shop repeat business more than any other shop during my adult life. (Not that I was getting cars repaired as a kid.) I shopped nearly every shop in Fort Collins to get my timing belt replaced and they beat everyone else's price by at least $100. The couple times I ventured to other shops for quotes, I returned to Hawker's and they've often said, "You don't need that done! Who told you that?" (or some variation of that.) By now I really trust them to not scam me. I am your typical dippy girl and they have never ever treated me as such or tried to take advantage of that. During a recent pick-up, Aaron administered a tutorial on timing belts, cams, and interference vs. non-interference engines for the duration of 20-minute drive back to the shop. The best part about having your car fixed at Hawker's? They are located next door to the Charcobroiler, where you can have a side salad topped with chex-mix while you wait. Where else can you get cereal on your salad? (Maybe restaurant reviews belong on a different website...)
