Mr. Morrison also rebuilds older Saabs, which means he has access to cheaper second-hand parts; this has saved me a lot of money over the years. He is always up-front about the parts; one time he even recommended replacing a critical part with a factory replacement, because he thought it would be cheaper and safer in the long run. He doesn't compromise on safety, and is straight forward with what repairs have to be done, which ones are minor, which ones are or aren't critical. Prices are a little better than the factory dealerships in town.

He knows everything about SAABs, is a Master Technician and really is. He can diagnose unfailingly by the symptoms, and doesn't ever screw around. He goes right to the problem and fixes it - perfectly. This is the only mechanic I can say these things about.

If you own a Saab, don't go anywhere else. Ken is the best
mechanic I have ever worked with. Also, his supply of used
parts for Saab's will cost you about a third of what new
parts will, and he will only recommend used parts when
there is no reliability downside.
