The shop has been around for 30 years and use to be an old
gas station. Ron runs the operation and is hesitant to
just put on new parts to solve the problem--he may have
your car a a couple of days before he figures out the
problem and if he can't diagnosis the problem, he says
bring it back again when it's acting up--and there's no
charge if he can't fix. Most customers are repeat who
live and work in the area. His shop crew are older,
wiser, and have the experience you most often can't find
at dealers or BrakesPlus-type shops.
I always say a good mechanic is as important as a good
wife. I recommend Bill's to all my co-workers and they
rave about the service.
