I have a 1986 Mercedes 190D with well over 100,000 miles. The nearest Mercedes dealer is 250 miles away and they charge about $350 for a major periodic maintenance. I've been taking the car to Eurotech here in Durango for the past ten years for maintenance. Their work is excellent and a major maintenance costs is half of the dealer cost. It's a two man shop (Greg and Charles). The shop is clean and well ordered. I have never had to return to have any work redone.
