I have been using this shop for 20 years and 3 Subarus (they
do mostly Subaru work). And a friend bought a used car from
them for their kid.
They are family-owned and are absolutely trustworthy. They
do good work for a lot less than the dealer and they stand
behind their work 100%.
I know that I can drop the car off, tell them to fix
whatever needs fixing, and they won't do unnecessary work or
overcharge. They also deal in used Subaru parts, so I can
ask them to use used parts as appropriate - and they will.
Their shop is nothing fancy, but they the best and most
service-oriented shop I have ever used.

The S-Wings building may look humble on the outside but there is a heart of gold inside.
These folks helped me with a failed emission test. They spent some time having a look under the hood to see if there was an obvious problem. They found none, so they suggested I try a can of BG 44K in the gas tank and test it again. They would have to dig deeper if this did not get my car to pass. They did not charge me for their time nor the additive and sent me on my way. I got a free second try at the emissions test facility and, of course, my car was ok this time.
Though they did not ask, I sent them a check along with my undying gratitude. They will certainly get my repeat business. These guys are the local versions of Click and Clack, with simple, practical solutions that might just save you a lot of money. It's well worth the effort to find the S-Wings shop. You will love them!
P.S. I am not affiliated with S-Wings nor the BG company.
