This is the only repair shop that has eyeballed an estimate for work to be done on my car, and charged me less for exactly the work they had quoted me for. They have done this on 3 separate occasions. Their high-ball quote was always completely reasonable, but the bill always comes in lower. They could have easily padded the bill with no one being the wiser, but they have yet to. And their phone-guy, Rick Foote, is about the most pleasant mechanic I have ever met.
