IF YOU WANT TO BE EDUCATED ABOUT THE REPAIRS MADE TO YOUR
CAR, RATHER THAN BE "SOLD", THIS IS THE SHOP. THEY WILL
EVEN BRING YOU INTO THE BAYS TO SHOW YOU AND TEACH YOU WHY
A PART FAILED, WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT IT AGAIN, AND WHAT
OPTIONS YOU HAVE TO REMEDY THE SITUATION! NOW THAT'S
SERVICE!! THESE GUYS ARE VERY FRIENDLY, AND WILL GO OUT OF
THEIR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS.

Safety and reliability are huge priorities for me when it
comes to my vehicle. But, as a woman, my antennae are up
for add-ons and safety scares at the service center. At
Courtesy, there is a level of trust and professionalism. I
appreciate being treated with intelligence and respect.
