Ed is currently transitioning from a full service gas station to specializing in repairs only. I have only dealt with Ed on a few things so I can't speak to their range of services, but they are HONEST. They'll tell you if something is outside their expertise. My wife takes her car here also and is 100% happy with them, no condescenison or attempts to pull anything. Very conveniently located near downtown and Colroado College.

When I read the first review I knew it was old because Ed hasn't sold gas in some time. Another thing Ed won't be doing is emissions testing (yeah). Sorry Ed but I'm glad Colorado is dropping that pain in the butt law. Ed told me that was 1/4 of his business. I hope the void is filled so the business remains healthy. All my business there has been emissions and small repairs so I can't give a well rounded perspective. There is that trust and honesty factor that weighs heavily. I have no doubt that the areas I couldn't rate from experience would be handled in satisfactory manner.

Ed's was recommended to us when we moved to town 15 years ago. We have always been satisfied with their work and their prices are reasonable. Ed always tells you if he feels the work is beyond what he can provide is a quality manner. Ed, Lou and Dale are friendly and accommodading. JP
