For you women drivers who are leery of taking their car to
a mechanic, this shop is owned and operated by a woman.
This has been a driving factor in their success. Coupled
with honesty, fair prices and great service, I couldn't
ask for anything more. I'll even take my vehicle there for
warranty work when possible!

i liked that they took me into the back and actually SHOWED me the underside of
my truck and what was wrong. they diagnosed a "clunking" sound as just a loose spare tire instead of a$350 fix another shop wanted to do. HOWEVER-they were
ridiculously expensive, but offer financing. i didnt have alot of money and ended up spending over $800-and they still charged me $50 for diagnosing the problems..
they also didnt do everything they promised but still charged me. it was pretty overwhelming as these are safety issues (tie rods, steering linkage, etc) once i got home and looked over the receipt, i felt taken. ABS light STILL
comes on. going to go back and see what they say. felt great that they actually
showed me the problems but overall felt they oversold and then didnt do the job they promised. VERY EXPENSIVE @ $108/hr for labor. spent 6 hours in there...

They over charge and when quizzed claim computer error. They suggest necessary and unnecessary repairs of small things like air filter. They like to take advantage of unknowable car owners
