Jim the owner is a personable guy with a great, dry sense of
humor. A bit disorganized as far as paperwork but a real
straight shooter.
I had a rebuilt transmission put in a 1993 Saturn and it
didn't work well. Since the transmission had been sitting in
storage quite a while there was a part that on the
transmission that was affected by the time. He picked up
another used one and switched it out at no extra cost.
He is a real mechanic's mechanic; he is all about cars and
their history and manufacturing.
As a single woman/mom with 2 kids and 3 cars he is a godsend.
