This shop had trouble diagnosing a fuel problem on my Honda Accord, necesitating my returning it twice. They never charged anything for the extra labor, only parts. They never gave up! Eventually my daughter "I thought I'd make it home even though the Temp guage is pegged and steam and whistling sounds are coming out from under the hood." After they ground the melted aluminum off the pistons and rebuilt the engine it has done fine for the last 20,000 miles.
