Hats Off to Dave and the guys!!! Why, because I'm one of
those dumb blondes that always seems to attract the $1,000
repair bill from other Boulder mechanics, even when the
repair is something as simple as replacing a fuse or
windshield wiper blades. I always get the, "Miss you
shouldn't be driving this car on the highway until we've
had a chance to replace that serpentine belt." Been there
done that, thanks to Dave's attention to detail. He replaces
parts when necessary not every two weeks to pad his coffers!
My aging Camry is healthy, mechancially sound, immaculate
on the inside and out and eager to celebrate it's 250,000
mile birthday. This car has endured my daily trips to
school in Denver (for way too long) and with the aid of the
Boys at the Autowrench it will chug along unitl I finish at
the end of 2008.
Thanks guys for saving me a bundle!
Hey did you hear the one about the dumb blonde and the
elephant?

I honestly can't tell you if they specialize in anything
because they always just take care of everything for me.
This shop is the best bunch of of ragtag, down-to-earth
do-it-because-they-love-it mechanics. They have been taking
care of my beloved 1992 Plymouth Duster for 10 years now and
have always been up-front about what needs to be done and
what can wait, are consistently clear and reliable about
when to expect my fixed car and how much to expect to pay,
treat me with respect, and have a good sense fo humor. We
have such a good relationship that when, every winter, I
bring my car in to have the steering belt put back on
because some ice knocked it loose while I was having fun
playing "Snow Plow" with the loose snow chunks on an empty
road, they just smile at me and roll their eyes and I smile
guiltily back and they snap it back on for free.
I can't say enough good things about these guys. I feel
lucky to have found a mechanic I trust implicitly. I'm going
to miss them now that I bought a new car that's under warranty.

I've used Autowrnch for company vehicles and personal
vehicles. Since the company was a non-profit Dave was
always willing to repair the vehicles at a very fair price.
He even went the extra mile to find out about a service
bulletin that resulted in the repair being covered for free
by the dealer. They rebuilt the transmission and replaced
the carb on my '68 Camaro and it runs great. They also did
work on my son's Dodge truck. In short, they are great!
