I first met Joe when I moved to the San Fernando Valley, and he worked at a garage near my new residence. I used that station by default because of it's proximity, but continued because of the straight-forward, honest and timely treatment I received. Since then, about 25 years ago, I have followed Joe to two opther locations. Because of his own personal integrity, he won't work for someone who is not as honest as he is, although he could probably make more money if he did. He stands abehind his work, honors his commitments and warranties, and is invariably courteous to all his customers. Many of his long-term customers show their appreication during the hoilidays by bestowing delicious comestibles, which he invarialby shares with his co-workers. He keeps pace with his trade by continuing his education, and is certified in the State of California for smog testing.
