Jeff Boaman & his dad Bill and their crew have been my
mechanics for around 20 years. They've worked on my various
vans, my ex's VW, my Miata, son's SUV's, etc. Great folks &
great mechanics. Jeff is sometimes away at an auto class or
institute despite having worked at the shop for over 20
years. The fellows keep up with the latest technology, much
of it computer oriented hence the classes he attends. They
are honest and I've been going to them for many years. I
also added Transmission Professionals in Walnut Creek to Car
Talk's list. Jeff sent me their when I needed a
transmission specialist and since then I've had two
transmissions installed and serviced at Tran Pro. But for
normal mechanical problems definitely see Jeff or his dad
Bill at Boaman's Walnut Creek Automotive on Mt. Diable Blvd.
near Locust.
