Bought a new Honda Accord from them last year and was surprised to discover that their prices for service were actually a little less than a private mechanic I'd used for years with my previous Accord, plus they have a courtesy shuttle. Very friendly and competent too.

Prelude failed smog. took to a mechanic friend who kept it a week, replaced expensive part, which didn't correct problem, so returned origonal, and car at no charge. Walnut Creek Honda replaced gas cap and fixed, it passed smog. I live closer to another Honda dealer but I bypass them as their sales, parts and service staff are snots. They act like Mercedes salespeople.

They worked on My Acura Legend for years. I thought very highly of them. I would be using them now except I no longer work in Walnut Creek so I have to use someone closer to home.

I have a 2003 Honda Accord. I used the dealership for a complete tune-up and service was friendly and efficient.

I have taken my Honda to Walnut Creek Honda for many years. They have always been very competent, time with repairs, and explained everything including options to expensive repair. For a Honda dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area, their work is fairly priced.

I have a 2002 and 1990 Honda Accords. I do my own oil/filter change only. I recently had front brakes and battery done on the 2002. Two years ago I had new radiator, hose, and belts replaced. Price was slightly higher than independent mechanic. Had no problems with the repairs. I would recommend this Honda place to my friends.
