On more than one occasion they have talked me out of repairs that I didn't really need. They repainted the door jam (peeling paint) even though it was past the warranty period (no charge), and I didn't even have to scream or holler. I had some major work done a year ago, $950.00, and they gave me a 10% discount because I was a regular customer. I well buy my next car from them just because of their service department.
