I have had several dealings with this guy and all of them have been great. He sells BMW parts at a fair price, will discuss and give suggestions to backyard mechanics, and does great repairs for a reasonable price. He even tells you when you don't have to fix a problem. I had a ball joint with a torn boot and asked him to replace it but he told me not to do it until it starts causing a problem. That was a couple of years ago and it hasn't caused a problem yet. All in all I've found this guy to be helpful and honest and more interested in helping the customer than in making a buck.

Everything that I thaught and was told by other mechanics about the service/parts my car required turned-out to be false. The good guys in Concour's fixed the problem at a very low cost. Their expertise pinpointed the true problem, which was a certain part that I never heard about. Mechanics in other shops wanted to charge me between $400- $600 for service/parts that weren't even necessary. At Concour's I paid less than $200. - and my car rides better than ever!
