Tim is honest, and will take the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. He will tell you that you can wait for awhile or that it needs to be done now. Tim uses quality parts - no rebuilts or used parts. He is not cheap but he is reasonable. He has a great sense of humor and is pleasant to deal with. If there is a problem he cannot deal with, he has a contact that does. i.e. transmissions...and he does not add any charges when someone else does the repair.
