Put a fresh rebuilt 390 in my 69 ford PU. Reasonable price good work. Helped at 6AM with a tire repair. Let me bring in my old truck on the spur of the moment for needed repairs. Always been friendly and honest about how busy he is and when he can get to my car or truck.

Terry Brooks is honest and hard working. If he says he will have something done at a particular time you can count on it being done. If his shop isn't particularly well suited to perform a task and he knows someone who is, he will refer the customer to the other shop. When a small resonator in the muffler system developed a hole, creating an enormous racket, he told me that he could get the replacement from Mazda for $200 and replace it, but he didn't recommended it. Instead he recommended that I take the car to a friend's muffler shop where a replacement was fabricated on the spot and welded in. Forty dollars and twenty minutes later I was on my way with a quiet car and a much fuller wallet. When I broke the five-speed by pushing the car much too hard, he found a replacement in a junk yard, disassembled and inspected it to assure that it was not damaged and installed it saving a thousand dollars in the process. When I wanted to bring my wife's BMW in to fix a problem that the dealer bombed out on he admitted freely that he didn't know the car well enough and recommended that I take it elsewhere. Fortunately I was able to find a shop that could fix it, but that's another story. Bill H.

Did an assessment of my car's brakes. Ultimately stated
that I did not need brakes. Seemed very honest and
straightforward to deal with.

Terry was very helpful, honest and pleasant to deal with
when my Buick started to have "old car" issues. His price
was very reasonable, he explained his work, and if I
didn't own a new car covered under warranty, I'd be taking
it to Terry for all my work!
