I trust the people at L and G auto repair completely. I have been going to them for all car maintenance and repair for 10 years. They were recommended to me by another mechanic. They have always fixed any problems with my cars and are completely honest and well-priced. Even though I have moved to another city 45 minutes away, I continue to go there because they are so reliable and it's very difficult to find a mechanic that I can trust. I hope that they will be able to stay in business through these difficult economic times because I don't know where else I could possibly go and feel so comfortable.

I have been taking my 2 cars for the past 4 years to L&G: 1) Honda Odyssey 2002 2) Toyota Highlander 2005 to John and David (I think John is the owner). They are constantly busy but they find time to speak with me to explain what work they will perform and give me options. Of course, I bring the car with a intended repair/maintenance in mind already; however, John always checks the vehicles and calls me to confirm the diagnostics. I had stopped taking my cars to the dealers and I'm quite happy with the service, price, and treatment. Price-wise, L&G is not the least expensive, but I don't mind paying for quality service. I'd say it's "middle of the road" with the highest prices being dealers'. So far I've had this work done on both cars: major tune- up's, replaced timing belt on the Honda, brake pads replacements (and rotors resurfacing), shock absorption, lower control arm (Honda). I think my Honda needs a transmission replacement because it is slipping now, but I don't think L&G works on transmission - too bad. Very happy to recommend them.
