Norm's in the best shop I've ever brought my car to. They are honest, and really, really nice--on a few occasions I've brought my car in there with a small problem (wiper won't move, check engine light is on) and they've fixed it (tightened a nut, plugged computer in and told me why the light was on) and then charged me nothing! In an age where a mechanic will charge you the second you walk into his shop, these guys are refreshing to work with. They only fix Subarus, so if you don't have one, you should get one so you can go to Norm's.

Norm's is great, it is THE place to take your Subarau in South Lake Tahoe. Norm has been running the shop for 20 years. They are trustworthy, competent, and will diagnose your "check engine" light issues without the absurdly high fee that some places charge.

I've lived all over California and Oregon while owning Subarus, and I think that Norm's may be the best Surbaru service shop I've ever used.

I've taken my car to Norm's for as long as I've had a car. He has always been honest and hasn't charged me when it has been for small issues. He always takes the time to explain repairs and it's the ONLY place in town to bring your Subaru.
