Our family mostly owns Hondas because that's what The Masters specializes in. I made a big mistake a few years ago and bought a Ford Taurus (good car, lousy dealership). Every time I take it in to the dealer for servicing, I regret that decision because I'd been so spoiled by the timely, friendly, competent and intelligent service we have always received at The Masters over the past twenty years. Not only that, The Masters garage is always neat and clean. And neatness does count: When I went to pick up my Ford after servicing today, I had to wait for about twenty minutes because they couldn't find my car. That would never happen at The Masters. Steve and his crew are great!

Everyone, well almost everyone I know uses this shop for their Honda. Can't beat that.

They guys are simply the best. I don't know anyone who has ever had a bad experience with them. For years, we bought only Hondas just so we could stay with The Masters. A mechanic you can trust is something to bank on. This last time, we bought a Subaru wagon -- only because we didn't want a big SUV and wanted an all wheel drive wagon, which Honda does not make. I wish they worked on Subarus...oh well. I have never once questioned their work or their word. I have recommended them to many people -- all of whom have become big fans, too.

Don't forget they do Acura's too. I take my 2004 in for regular service, even under warranty. They will let me know if somehthing can be handled as warranty, so I can take it to the dealer for that. Otherwise, why bother with the dealer hassle for normal lube/oil/etc. Also had them service my 2001 Acura. No problems- ever.

What a difference The Masters is already making in our lives! We stuck with our old mechanic for over ten years, more out of loyalty than satisfaction. On top of this, his prices, seemingly based on whim, were rising faster than the price of oil. We were reaching the end of our automotive rope. Finally, while listening to Car Talk one Sunday morning, we heard that the Car Talk website has a place where unbiased customers can review local mechanics. After carefully reading the recommendations for our area, we decided to call The Masters. Not only did they have high marks, they also got the most number of anecdotal customer comments. This underlined to us that their clients were delighted enough with The Masters' service to take the time to write about their experiences. We got an appointment for the very next day (no waiting for an opening!). We were amazed by the straight-forward information they offer, the reasonable prices they quote and stick to, the efficiency with which they accomplish the repairs, the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff. Our 1999 Honda CRV is humming along again with new brakes and a tune-up. Our car's maintenance history is now in The Masters' hands. We feel confident in their honesty and their talent. Thank you, Car Talk, for providing the forum that led us to The Masters!
