A very reliable BMW repair place. We have been taking our 318ti there for 10 years. Quality repair work. Not cheap but good & honest.

Louise and Forest are great and they run a great shop. I have a 1979 bmw with over 400k original miles and a 1990 325 with 160k that I just bought knowing I had a good shop to take it to. They put in a new timing belt and a throttle sensor in the 325 with some sytec and it is running great. They are the best people and the best show to take a bmw.. period. richard veil

We've owned two 5-series during the past 18 years and have always taken them to Catalpa. This is a professional, friendly, reliable and completely trustworthy shop. Louise, Forrest and Wayne make it a pleasure to deal with otherwise annoying repairs/maintenance/etc.

Catalpa Street Garage is the one-and-only place to take your Beemer on the Central Coast of California. Competent, reasonable, honest, clear explainers, and they get the job done. And I like all who work there! They are not "cheap". They are not "vague". No shortcuts. They are as passionate about your car as you are. If you want a cheap and sloppy repair done on your baby this is absolutely the wrong place for you to go. If you are a seriously appreciative BMW owner/driver they are who you want to have work on your car. They are fully accredited with BMW North America, Inc., current in all aspects of all models, and have absolutely expert mechanics versed in all details of this wonderfully complex car. I really recommend them to you. You simply cannot get work done in a professional manner for less money.

Very good mechanics as well as front end staff. Honest and straight forward. They will explain what the work entailed and will dive in as deep as you want to go. Specialize in BMW's exclusively and the cars are never cheap to work on BUT their work is always first rate.

Another BMW Shop told me that I had to change the oil after 3 months. The Book tells me 15,000 miles for synthetic oil or 1 year interval. After an computer hook-up, an engine review, a brake review, a filter review, there was only 1 item to service. They were honest and competent.
