I wish I could remember the mechanic's name. I moved away from Santa Clara, so I no longer am able to take my car to this shop, but the staff were always honest and helpful in diagnosing problems, and offering realistic solutions. One of our cars was a 1980 Mercury Capri (what a lemon!), and the mechanics knew to not suggest expensive repairs on a cheap car, but rather to recommend repairs that were practical and effective.
