Since these guys have always done good work, there has never been a problem to be resolved. And, come to think of it, I don't think I have ever seen a female within several blocks of their place. Come to think of it, I wonder why... No, seriously, they have worked on a Camery (service and minor repairs) and a Four Runner (major repairs) and always seem to have the interests of the customer at heart.

I trust him. He looked over my car, gave me a detailed list of what needed to be done, what could wait, what he could do and what i would need to have done elsewhere.

I've been taking my cars ( Porsche, Honda, Toyota, Honda, Toyota) to Precison Automotive before Dennis even worked there (30 years). Now he's the owner and the work is just as great. Must be something in the "clean grease" on the floor.

I took my Acura Integra to Dennis for more than 5 years and always received wonderful service.

Extremely nice mechanics! I was only in for a brake inspection, but it was so pleasant I have to write about it. I am a bit of a novice with cars, but I like to do things myself when I can. I had tried inspecting my own brakes, but I wasn't able to remove the brake drum. They gave me some tricks to try for next time. This was extremely nice, because, as a woman, I've been laughed at more than once by parts store guys and mechanics for showing an interest in my car. I've always been a little nervous about asking questions, but the guys at Precision didn't think twice about helping me out!

I love these guys -- they don't try to rip me off because I'm female. When I brought my car in for a check-up before a long distance drive, Robert supplied me with extra coolant & oil and made sure I knew how to add them.
