When I was about to take off for a trip to New Mexico in my 85 volvo wagon, Clayton said here take this replacement plastic radiator with you in case the plastic one in your car breaks, as they all eventually do.

Frank is wonderful. He is patient and always tries to explain what was wrong and why they repaired it in the way they did. They also often give us options for repair and the advantages/disadvantages of each option. My car is a 1984 240 DL and has almost 200,000 miles on it and I have NEVER been stranded (unlike our 1995 Caravan, but don't get me started ...).

The salesman at the dealership recommended these guys over his own repair department back in 1983 when we bought our first Volvo (which would still be running except for my 16- year old's "learning experience" which totalled the car- that's why you buy a Volvo, right?). I purchased a second Volvo in large part due to the high level of trust I place in Frank and his whole crew. Prices have always been fair, and the addition of a shuttle service several years ago was a big plus. No better Volvo shop in the South Bay.

Frank is a straight-shooter and covered the ins-and-outs of getting my daughter's 89 Volvo 760GLE up to snuff for trip to Colorado Springs where she attends the Air Force Academy. I was very pleased with the work and communication with Frank and his team.
