Love this shop, found through yelp's recommendation - all positive and now I know why. The owner Randy is a long term certified Mercedes Tech and has a team of all Certified Mercedes Benz's techs. They provide a full listing of repairs needed in order of priority, of course safety issues are addressed first. I always present my budget first thing, and Randy works down the list. I have taken classic as well as newer Mercedes and they are knowledgeable on all models, including the old diesels. Many little adjustments they do for free including wiper blades and most filters, you just pay for the part. They have also pointed out features of my newest car that I wasn't even aware of, in fact the dealer didn't even point out these features. Now that I have found this shop, I will not go back to the dealer, this is a very clean cool shop, as soon as I pull in I am greeted with a smile and hello by name. My car is always returned repaired as specified and spotless - they wash the car every time!
