They arrange for rides to and from the shop, which is really convenient. Also, shortly after general maintenance on my car, I was unable to remove the key from the ignition. I was unable to shut the car off and was draining the battery. I took the car right over to them, thinking there was a problem with the steering column. Instead, they removed the key, noticed it was bent and straightened it for me on a vice. They would not take payment or even "beer money" for doing it. They seem really nice and honest and comprehensive.

I discovered that my car was leaking coolant about 4pm on a Friday. I called and they said to bring it in 8am the next morning (Sat). I was met courteously and a mechanic checked out my car and said it appeared to be a leaking radiator. He thought he could have it repaired by sometime on Monday. I was given an estimate of the repair and told them to proceed. They helped me get a rental car which was discounted because of their relationship with Enterprise. They called late afternoon on Saturday and told me to return the rental car early Monday morning, as my car would be ready, which it was. I also have a 12,000 mile or 12 months warranty on both labor and parts.
