They worked on 60k service for my ES300. Good job and great prices. In addition, they charged $5 for installing a light bulb that dealership had quoted 1 hour labor (approx. $125) for.

They FIX things not just replace them. One of the best shops I have ever delt with. They are AAAAA+++++

We are so happy to have found this shop! They have taken care of all of the Toyota & Lexus vehicles we have owned through the years and continue to be an excellent resource. We recommend them very highly!

These folks are likely to change the traditional view of car mechanics, which is lousy. These guys are honest and reasonably priced, which is probably why it sometimes takes a few days to get in for repairs. Excellent shop!

We're very happy with TLC (Independent Toyota Lexus Care). We've been going to them for four years, and their estimates (and costs) for repair have been consistently below what I expected. Sometimes we've taken the car in, wondering/suggesting if it might have a particular problem. If the TLC guys were dishonest, they could take advantage of that, and say, replace the brakes, because we already thought there might be something wrong with them. But that's never happened. Time and again, they've said, no, the problem is simpler and less expensive than what we thought it would be. They're clear with their explanation of repairs and estimates, and always stick to them. A couple of years ago, my husband got lightly rear-ended on the shoulder of the highway. He drove the car to TLC and they put it up on the lift and inspected it, at once. When they saw nothing was wrong with it (and we were sure there had to be - a chance to rip us off, but they didn't!) they didn't charge us anything. TLC was recommended to us by a friend who has been taking her Lexus there for several years, and she's always been happy with them.

Very honest, trust-worthy, fair, and friendly. Spent extra time to fix a tricky electrical problem I had with my 98 Corolla, but they made sure that the job was done right and the peace of mind I have knowing the problem was fixed properly is well worth the cost. (I never felt that same peace of mind after going to a dealer, and the bill was always higher!) Like all car owners, I hope to not have too many other problems with my car in the future... but if I do, I would definitely take it back to TLC.

I initially took a truck over to get a pre-sale safety inspection. He told be how long and what it would cost up front. He also took the time to find out who was going to be driving it. After the inpection he went over all the costs of the repairs and his opinion turned out to be that it wasn't the safest truck to buy, and it would be more expensive than our budget allowed. Although we didn't purchase that truck, I did return with the next truck we ended up purchasing. I plan to have all my work done there. The facilities are not luxurious but these guys were honest and fair.
