I took a couple of different vehicles in to their shop for
work and found that you need to make sure you double check
what they have done. Are all the components back where they
should be are there any "little parts" missing. It would
seem that they have one Master Mechanic in the garage with
a number of Jr mechanics working there. If your lucky
enough to get the Master working on your car - great! If not,
then you better double check the work.

They only use parts from the dealer, or so they say, so expect to pay extra. Also, a little bit of research shows that even when they say they have the right price, they don't, so call around for the parts that you need because you'll be able to bargain a better discount. My car didn't get ready in time, so they paid for a rental, so it wasn't so bad.

Tom is honest and reliable. Estimates are always
reasonable, and the actual cost almost always comes at or
below the estimate. Work is reliable.

Mike is their master mechanic and he seems to know what
he's doing! He's easy to deal with, too.
My only complaint is that their shop rate per hour is
quite high, so be prepared to pay handsomely for
competence.

Always honest. The actual cost is usually slightly less than the estimate, but
there is definitely a premium for the competent high quality work they do.

Reccomended to me by a friend. They are not cheap but worth
it. They take their time to do the job right the first time
and they stand behind their work.
