I took my 11 year old Pontiac Sunfire here because they were rated highly by AAA and some folks I have talked with at work said they had been in operation for years. They were kind and courteous, very professional. After setting up the work to be done, they drove me home in their shuttle van. They explained everything that they had done when I went to pick up my car. They even changed a couple of burned out bulb and washed the car for free!! I will definitely go back here when I need a repair.

I had damage to my rear bumper, covered by the other party's insurance. Had one quote of $1,373 to repaint bumber & left rear fender. Kniesel's did the work for $883 saying they could buff out the fender without repainting. They did an excellent job and were courteous and very considerate. Since I am a 76 year old woman, I was especially grateful to find an honest business that produced good resultls.

First time they saw my Ford van they gave me a long list of items that needed to be done. Over the past three or four years I have had them do them all either when I absolutely had to get them fixed or when I could afford to do them. No pressure but they always explain, call for permission, suggest, listen and get things done when they say they will. If there is a problem, the owner calls personally. My 15 year old van is still humming.
