This review is for selling a car to them. Absolute nightmare. I "sold" my car July 1 - today is July 16 and THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME. BUT THEY ARE SELLING MY CAR! ID=84809&V=2010%20Subaru%20Impreza%202%2E5i They lie, they avoid, they insult -- it's just unbelievable how dirty they are playing. They give nonsense answers and refuse to admit they CAN pay me, they just don't want to (classic: I asked how it works when someone trades in a vehicle and walks out with a new one.. and was told - actual quote, I made sure to write it down - "Look, I don't want to be put on the spot, I have 4 people waiting for me". No one ever calls back, no one is available, when cornered they resort to personal attacks, when I state the facts, they say I am attacking them. I have been put through to service technicians instead of financial officers. This list is truly endless, I am not kidding.... but there is a space limit here. It's like dealing with a bunch of petulant 4th graders, except with about $10 grand at stake. Which takes away any humor I might be able to find in the absolutely ridiculous things they have been saying. Fortunately, I know a BMW salesman & have spoken with him at length. He keyed in on the fact that they were NOT seeing me as a potential customer (we're selling, and seeing how we do with only one car...we'll see! and of course this is what we told Subaru) - because obviously I am never ever going to deal with them again, and I'm now hoping, for your sake, you don't either. So, it may be that they are having cash flow problems.... and can't pay me until they sell the car. If this is the case - stay away, because you will get some similar form of treatment, whether buying or selling. Desperation makes people ugly, and these guys are HID-E-OUS (Although I do not KNOW why they are doing this, the fact remains that their behavior is NOT about customer service - which is very...odd, let's say, in a sales environment). I just cannot believe I am experiencing this - I don't think I should have to -- and I don't want you to, either.
