In addition to being extremely capable, Ken is a very honest person and a pleasure to conduct business with. I take my car repairs very seriously and when Ken recommends something be done, I do not hesitate to give him approval. Ken understands that in order to be successful over the long term in this business you not only need to be a competent mechanic, but you must also treat your customers well. The peace of mind one receives from having their vehicles serviced by Ken is invaluable.

We have used General Automotive under both father and son over the past 25 years. Work is always fully explained and competently completed. We believe the prices are reasonable given the expertise and quality of work. When asked for guidance on performing a repair, we receive an accurate description of the anticipated work and the pros/cons of having the repair completed.

I called Ken for my mother-in-law one time about a problem
with her car. I explained what was happening and he
replied by telling me a few simple things I could try at
home to fix it, before she brought it in. I am happy to
say I fixed the problem thanks to Ken. Which saved her
time and money. I have brought a few different cars to his
shop and never had any regrets! I am also a person that
usually does not take the time or make an effort like this
recommendation.
