Troy gave me advice and preliminary tests BEFORE hooking my truck up to the machine for a SMOG CHECK. He could have just gone ahead and failed my truck causing me endless grief but he didn't. He earned his 15% gratuity! Actually, it was a little more than that but I didn't want to break up the six-pack; tacky, tacky.
