Several days after repair work was done, representative of shop called to inquire if everything was satisfactory. Owner of shop actively engaged in day to day operation - a bit pricey, but seems to be worth it.

Wich Ancedote would you like? The time that I broke down 30 miles away from the shop and the owner arranged to have my car towed to his shop and got me a ride home? Or the time the windshield wipers died in the middle of a DOWNPOUR and the owner PERSONALLY came and retrieved my car and gave me a loaner? They stand behind their work, family owned and operated, and treat people like friends, not just customers.

I finally found this shop after being at another shop for the same problem 3 times, and each time I went back to the other shop it always cost me even when the problem was not fully resolved, The other shop finally refered me to Advanced Automotive, wher the found the original problem after some diagnostic inspections, The service advisor (Jennifer) is fantastic when explaing the diagnosis procedure, the repairs that they recommended to repair my problem once and for all (problem was poor gas mileage), yeah sure they charged for the diagnosis and it was explained why I had to pay for their diagnosis (correct diagnosis) and yeah they cahrged me for the repairs, bbut the bottom line is my care was fixed right the first time and in the long run I am saving money and frustration. In closing I am really impressed with the family run business, the owner Tim has son working in the shop as a mechanic, his daughters in the office to greet you and make you feel welcome, Jennifer even called me back after a couple of weeks to make sure that my car was fixed and I was satisfied, that is something that you just do not see alot of any more....people who care about you and want to earn your business. Job well done ny the whole staff. PS. They are a little hard to find but well worth the effort, I refer anyone and every one to them.

Just a quick note, The owner is very confident in his facility, and with good reason I might add, the young lady in the office (Aimee) really took the time to get to know me and my concerns with my vehicle, she should a genuine concern for the issues at hand and it showed in the way she walked me through there procedure for inspecting my car and then explaning why I had the noise that was going on when driving. The estimated repair price was fair (a bit more expensive than what I had been told by another shop, but in fairness I felt better about the quality of the work I was receiving) and actually the final cost was less trhan what they had estimated once all the work was done. Tim (the owner) took the time to show me the parts replaced and even went with me on a short drive to be sure that I was satisfied with trhe repairs.... I was impressed. And one thing I would like to add, the atomosphere and feeling you get when you walk in is one of great comfort, you are cheerfully welcomed by the owner and you feel like part of a family. The gentleman who gave me a ride home was very polite and friendly and it was interesting to learn that he is just a good friend of the owner and was just helping out that day, other than that he makes his living on the professional rodeo circut riding bucking horses. I guess that both Alex and Tim (the owner) met on the rodeo circut..... that would explain the down home fairness and honesty that is just a part of the everyday way of business. I am very pleased with all the services and highly recommend ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE for any vehicle repairs, good converstion and of course good coffee.

I found this shop by looking on this web site, I read the reviews and had to give them a call, the owner, Tim answered the phone and was very polite and answered my questions with out hesitation or any hint of a generic standard answer, This was IMPERSSIVE as he showed real interest in my automobile and the problems I was having. I scheduled an appointment, (and got lost on the way, a little tough to find) went to the shop, Tim took the time to drive my car with me (he said he did not want to fix the wrong noise) and I left my car with him for the day. when I recieved tha call that my car was ready, Amy picked me up at work and let me drive my car back to the shop to be sure I was satisfied with the repairs...... I was elated as Not only was my Subaru fixed, The repair bill was well below what I had been expecting. In closing, I highly recommend Advanced Automotive and I am sooooo glad for this web site and happy to be part of the Advanced Automotive family.

Wow, True customer service, not only was my Ford repaired on time, but the acutal repair cost was less than Aimme had estimated, it was found out that once the repairs were under way it was found that it was going to require less time than originally estimated, they were honest enough to call me with the good news. I will definately return for all my automotive needs and highly recommend Advanced Automotive for yours, not only did they treat me honestly, they have a fantastice family run business and it shows in the care and concern they express with aspect of true customer service.

They performed their "maintenance special" special (oil change, lube, tire rotation, inspection, etc.) for me. When I got my car back from them, they were at first charging me $3 less than advertised. Then, when they didn't have change for a 50, they told me it was on them. They had already given me back 43 cents before going to look for the other $7. In other words, they did a minimum of $42.57 of work on my car and actually paid me 43 cents for doing so. I'm in shock! My only complaint is that I can't give them 10 stars. And no, I'm not related in any way to them.

Just a good old fashion shop with service that really blew my wife away, very accommodating and professional. I had been using another shop close by and actually found them by accident. Cody was very eager to help with our problem child vehicle. If I had to complain about anything it would be that they are hard to find (kind of tucked away). I drove past their drive twice before I found them. Very enjoyable experience, and they seem like real down to earth people who care about my vehicle and my family. I wish them all the best.
