Last year Brad, made a point of giving me a thorough explanation of what was happening with my car's air conditioning unit and why it DIDN"T need repair. He should have at least charged me more for his time. Today I'm on this site looking for his phone number because I need to take another car to him for service. He knows his stuff and he's honest. What else can you ask for?

They have digital imaging of many components/parts on cars that helps explain what broke, what will break, as well as sound effects on PC to imitate sounds cars make when acting up, etc... It has to be one of the cleanest shops in San Diego County, as the floors in the shop could literally be eaten off of. They have a clean waiting room and are the FIRST ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Facility in Escondido!

Brad and Dawn have the only shop I'll let work on my cars. On one visit Brad suspected a recall may occur on a part he replaced. 3 months later, when the recall happened, he called to tell me about it and to submit my receipt to the manufacturer for reimbursement. Also, he STILL HAD the old part from my car, in case there were issues with the manufacturer. Brad will take as much time as necessary to explain a repair so you understand what they are going to do. Their shop is about 14 miles from my home, but I don't mind because of the quality and service I receive.

They have done routine maintenance on my wife's Toyota twice, both times explaining to her what they were doing and doing only what was needed. Saved us a ton of $$ by pointing out that an engine warning light was due to a catalytic converter going out and that this part was still under warranty and we should take it to the Toyota dealer for that problem. Their prices may not be the lowest, but I feel they are worth it because we'll only get charged for things that actually need to be done.

Brad is incredibly dedicated. He often stays late if he gets backlogged. He works tirelessly to ensure your vehicle is working correctly. If a repair is unnecessary or there is a cheaper alternative, he volunteers it.
