Bruce and his crew are awesome!! Wish I had found out about him sooner rather than later, but I'm glad I found them. This last summer, I bought a 1963 Valiant after paying another guy waaay too much money for his time and pre-purchase inspection. Turned out the car is a lemon (sigh!). Bad brakes, bad engine, bad, bad, bad!!! I found Bruce through a couple that own a Shell station near my house. Quality Tech works with all the Insurance Companies when there is a malfunction in a car, etc. etc. I had him check out my brakes and he was great. He left the car on the lift and showed me point by point what was wrong with the car. He's helping me with all the documentation of the problems with the car for my case in small claims court against the guy that did the rotten pre-purchase inspection on this turkey. He's helped me prolong the life of this car about as far as it can go. His prices are quite reasonable. His staff is friendly and honest. The coolest thing he's done for me lately was this: Last Saturday my car's battery was having problems. Turns out everyone's car was having problems due to the monster storms passing through our neck of the woods. Anyway, he told me to stop by the shop and he'd check it out to see if it needed a new alternator. Yikes! I think to myself. Bruce just told me not to put any more money in this turkey. I hope it isn't a new alternator. Turns out it wasn't a new alternator, just crud on the connectors to the battery. He cleaned the crud off, and got my one working lock to start locking again free of charge!! I also got one of his cool fat budda calendars for 2003 to boot!!
