I was traveling at the time that I required service to my
vehicle, a big Chevy dually with a blown axle seal. A
timely repair was important to me, and Elite was able to
take the truck right away. Although the repair was done
correctly the 1st time, I brought the truck back to them
twice over the next 24 hours, once for a noise and again to
insure that the newly installed seal was not leaking.
Immediately, and without complaint, they spent a great deal
of time, at no charge, checking and verifying that the
truck was in proper repair before I resumed my journey.
Mike and Doug are friendly and competent and certainly
deserve this positive review.
