Norco Mazda service personnel always make you feel comfortable that they understand the problem, and that they are qualified and competent to repair your car correctly, with no unnecessary work thrown in. Even a $9.95 oil change gets you a car washed (really clean) and the inside of the windshield cleaned. I have purchased 8 Mazdas from them since 1984 (well before they even were Norco Mazda) and there has always been a top notch mechanic available to service my cars.

Since their new management came in about a year ago, the service department has done a 360 since the first time I took my car into them. The service is really courteous and respectable towards women, and they are very competent and knowledgeable about maintenance problems. They even have a female service manager, who knows her stuff pretty well. It is a very professional shop, although each and every time I bring my car in, they never seem to be able to find my paperwork without having to call around a few times between the mechanics and the service managers. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed right the first time.
