No loaners, but have a convenient relationship with major
rental agencies and had a car ready in under 10 minutes for
about $35. They made no attempts to sell me UP on things I
didn't need. The work started shortly after the car
arrived, and I was called for pick up exactly when the car
was done (not 2-3 hrs later). They checked and fixed things
that I didn't explicitly point out (under warranty), and had
the car detailed f.o.c. (interior, exterior, and under-hood)
as a thank-you for being a first time customer. Wow.
