The staff at Mountain View Radiator were wonderful. I ended up there serendipitously but was very happy with the quality and price of their service. They completed all work in a timely manner and almost exactly according to the estimates given. (They were over on some, but under on others, so it worked out in the end.) They provide a pick-up/drop-off service to places in the general area (they picked me up at Stanford, for example), and they are also super-accessible via the CalTrain stop on Castro St. in Mountain View. They also thoroughly washed the outside and inside of my car so that it was returned brand-spanking-new! They guarantee their work for 12 months of 12,000 miles and provided me with all certified Honda parts. I am very happy with their honesty, quality, and level of service. I highly recommend them!

They worked on my 2003 Honda S2000. 1. They installed an upgraded front sway bar, upside down at first, corrected for no charge. 2. They did an oil change (no complaints). 3. They installed upgraded shock absorbers. The installation went terribly wrong, some parts were missing, and my factory shocks were rendered unusable, so I could not swap them back in. The car was undrivable and I had to take it somewhere else to fix. They covered the other shop's bill, so they are very upfront people, but I will not take my car there again.
