When I needed a new alternator, and I told the mechanic I was getting one from my own outside source, not only did he agree but he kept the shop open a half an hour later to accomidate my work schedule and pick up the old core for trade in.

When I told them that the broken clutch cable they found was
under warranty from another shop, they called the other shop
and handled the repair under warranty. They've always been
polite and helpful. Their prices are kind of high, I think,
but that's life in Silly Valley.

Both times I've had my car in, Dennis has taken the time to
take me back to the shop, show me the problem and explain
what's going on. They are overzealously honest. Thrilled to
have found them.
