You call your local Honda dealer to schedule a service. They respond with something like "is three weeks from tuesday ok?" You drop the car off at 8:00 AM, you call at 3:00 PM and ask if it is done yet and they tell you "no, we have not even started it yet" When you do pick it up they charge you around $500 for changing the oil and checking the rest of the fluid levels and brake pads and tire presures. You call Steve at Import Auto Tech and schedule a service. He says "is Tueday ok?" You drop the car off at 8:00 AM, you call at 3:00 PM and ask if it is done yet and he says "sure, it was done before lunch" You pay him way less than the dealer for a factory trained, competent, honest job. You choose. I have taken my car here for years and my mother has taken her cars there as well. We both get the same level of service. He does Honda, Accura and now I think he does Toyota too.

I have been using this repair shop for Acura and Lexus service and repair for 8 years. I first used it on the recommendation of a car knowledgeable neighbor who was very enthusiastic about their capability, price, and honesty. I find the service better and more convenient than the local dealership at about half the price.
